Using Growly

Terms of Use

These terms describe your use of the Growly learning app and getgrowlyapp.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable store terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

1. Learning features and responsible use

Growly provides educational lessons, quizzes, audio where available, progress tools and an AI Coach. Content is for general learning. It is not accredited training, a professional qualification or a guarantee of academic, career or other results.

AI replies can contain mistakes or inappropriate material. Check important information independently, do not rely on the AI Coach for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and do not use it for emergencies. Report a problematic AI reply using the in-app report option or contact support.

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with other accounts, bypass access or usage limits, upload harmful material or attempt to obtain another person's data. Protect your sign-in credentials and use an account you are authorized to access.

2. Growly Pro subscriptions

Growly Pro offers premium access through monthly or yearly subscriptions. The app and store purchase confirmation show the price, currency, billing period and included access before purchase. Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for checkout.

Trials: a free or discounted trial may be offered to eligible subscribers. Availability, eligibility, duration and the price after the trial are shown before you confirm a purchase. A trial is not guaranteed for every account. Unless canceled in time, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Renewal and cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store before renewal. For Apple trials, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want renewal. Follow your store's instructions and purchase confirmation for the applicable timing. Cancellation generally stops future renewals while access continues for the paid period, subject to store rules.

Restoring access: use Restore Purchases in Growly while signed into the store account that made the purchase. Contact support if access is missing.

3. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, your location, applicable law and the store's policy. Growly does not promise a blanket money-back guarantee. For an Apple-billed purchase, request a refund from Apple. For Google Play purchases, follow Google Play's refund process. Contact Growly support if you need help identifying a purchase. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

4. Account deletion

You can request account deletion from Settings in the app or through the web deletion instructions. Read the confirmation for deletion timing and the effect on your learning data. Deleting your account or uninstalling Growly does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in your store account to prevent future charges. Refund requests are also separate from account deletion.

5. Content and availability

You may use the app and its content for your personal learning. Do not redistribute content unless you have permission or a legal right to do so. Features and content may change, and network-dependent features may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every lesson or AI response is error-free.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Store purchase terms also apply to purchases made through those stores. If part of these terms is unenforceable, that does not by itself make the remaining provisions unenforceable.
