Request account deletion

This page is for the Growly learning app, application identifier com.vexar.growly.

Without reinstalling the app

1. Email support@getgrowlyapp.com with the subject Growly account deletion request.
2. Send from the address associated with your Growly account when possible and state that you want your Growly account and associated learning data deleted. If you use a private relay address or cannot access that email, explain this so support can help verify ownership.
3. Do not include your password or full payment information. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account is yours before processing deletion.

The email link opens your chosen email app; it does not send a request automatically.

From the app

Open Growly Settings and choose Delete Account. Read the confirmation and follow the steps. The app confirmation describes deletion timing and any recovery period.

What deletion covers

The request covers your Growly account/profile and associated learning information, such as progress, quiz results, saved preferences, streaks and XP. Records that must be retained for transaction, fraud prevention or legal purposes may remain, and backups or service-provider records may not disappear immediately. You can also contact support to request deletion of specific data or ask about retained records.
